Return Condition

Return or exchange of products purchased through www.abouttskincare.com, please follow the steps below.

Contact our Customer Service Department at LINE @aboutt or via email info@abouttskincare.com to request a return of the product.

Our staff will verify the order information and contact you within 1-3 business days to confirm the approval return of the product or request for additional certification documents.

 Product returns have to be caused by damaged packaging. Please record a video when opening the parcel to check and determine whether there are damaged goods. Damages have to be reported within 3 days of receiving the product, and damaged goods cannot be used. We will replace it within 3 days or refund it if the product is out of stock.

We reserve to exchange/refund in these following case:

  • Products that are not purchased from the following channels www.abouttskincare.com, LINE OA/LINE My Shop(@aboutt),Facebook Messenger (@abouttskincare),
    Lazada Official Store and Shopee Official Stor

  • Products that have been opened or used

  • Products without recording of the opening the parcel

  • The customers do not deliver products, return receipts, gifts and/or other items of the product. back to the company

  • The customer does not send the product back to us within 3 days after receiving the product.

 If your return request has been approved. The staff will set the date and time to pick up the items back from you.

Please wrap the product carefully to prevent breakage during transportation.

 The company will issue a credit memo document when ready to make a refund. The documents will be sent to the address for sending billing documents as informed to the company.

 In the event that you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will process your return request as soon as possible. **NOTE** The company reserves the right to consider and approve the return of the product. If the return of the product does not comply with the terms and conditions that the staff has informed you. The company can refuse to accept the return at that time.
